Over the years, I’ve gathered more than experience. I’ve gathered resilience.
From early days in retail to the ever-changing rhythms of the digital world, I’ve learned to move with change while staying curious. Adaptation has been part of my story, not something I resisted.
Alongside this shop, I’ve followed a lifelong love of storytelling. I’ve self-published books that reflect my journey, my heart, and the things I’ve learned along the way. I’m also a self-taught artist, creating artwork with care for a small but meaningful community of kindred spirits.
I create pet portraits too. Our animal companions carry a special kind of magic. Honoring their presence and personality on canvas has been one of the quiet joys of my work.
At 80, I’m still learning. Still imagining. Still showing up.
I believe the most meaningful work happens in the space between experience and becoming. This digital age is not owned by youth. It belongs to anyone willing to stay open. Passion does not retire. It simply finds new ways to express itself.
